After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a Political Psychology major and a Social Entrepreneurship minor, Weezie worked for a variety of social and e-Commerce start-ups including the viral, cult brands Glossier and DIRTY LEMON.

During the pandemic, seeing the opportunity for start-ups to address the issues brought with at-home learning, Weezie created her first social venture, Butterfly Tutoring. Over the past five years of teaching, creating and learning the solo-entrepreneurial ropes, Weezie launched a second, non-profit venture, Craft.
